Allow regular users to view their own User Info page #548

Description

@tw77

As a Pressbooks user, I'd like to be able to view, at a glance:

  • all books I belong to
  • my user role in those books
  • when those books were last edited

Super admins / network managers have access to a quick summary of this information for any user on their network. By navigating to the network user list and clicking the linked number in the 'Belongs to X Books' column for a given user, they're brought to a 'User Info' page displaying everything I'm looking for here.

However, as a regular user, I can't view my own 'User Info' page and I don't have a way of reaching it in the interface. I can see the books I belong to in the 'My Books' tab, but the list doesn't indicate my user role or the last edited date for those books.

Being able to view this info would be an efficient way to determine, for example:

  • which books I have admin permissions in
  • which books are actively maintained vs. inactive
