Using a DB lock with SQL files via the CLI

I'm new to goose so I feel like I'm missing something silly. I want to use the NewPostgresSessionLocker when running SQL, not GO, migrations from the command line. It looks like #497 began adding a --lock-mode but not sure where it went. Is it possible to use DB locking using the prebuilt goose binary with SQL files?

Not at the moment, that functionality is only exposed via the goose provider in a Go application. It still works with SQL files, but you need to stub out a Go binary or initialize a goose provider within a Go application.
