[Question] Parquet Metadata Cache Enable

Hey All,

Apologies if i missed something. I'm trying to utilize the local cache that appears to be added in this commit #15276, however I am unable to find documentation on this for anything such as where to enable, what are the default values, and so on. Is anyone able to give me a little more direction on how to find more information on changes like this?
