Describe the enhancement

After upgrading to Obsidian 1.9.12, the mobile toolbar cannot be scrolled (horizontally) when I want to type on the keyboard.

Same here can't scroll toolbar no snippets or anything in the way either.

IOS, same thing happens for me.

iOS, same issue here. Up-to-date, no snippets. Other themes toolbar scrolling fine.

Figured out which property to target for a super easy fix a while back when this first broke. You can add or create a new CSS snippet and all you need is:

.mobile-toolbar {
  width:100% !important;
}

Fixed the scrolling for me on both my iPad and Android phone.
