Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Create a table with reorderableColumns="true".
2. Set pReorderableColumn [pReorderableColumnDisabled]="true" on any <th>
3. Hover over <th> element

Expected behavior

When you hovering over <th> elemet with pReorderableColumn [pReorderableColumnDisabled]="true" cusror should be set to default.
