Deprecation of JQL search and creation of new API endpoints #150

The deprecation of JQL search /rest/api/2/search and /rest/api/3/search will occur on May 1 2025. Atlassian announced this last year on their changelog on what this means for any further use. What we will do in jiraone is we'll put out a deprecation notice as well and create the same endpoint using the new API. Basically, we want to achieve the same results without changing many parameters, so users can easily migrate their code as this change affects most of how jiraone perform searches. We hope to implement these changes before the final deprecation date in May. This doesn't affect the Data center usage hence our reason for leaving the endpoint and creating a new one. We'll provide this automatically, so no action is required. If you use DC, the DC endpoints will be used and if you're using cloud then the Cloud endpoint will be used.
