[Feature request] `timestamp` parameter for `POST /api/v1/events/*`

Hi,

It would be nice to be able to specify a timestamp for server-side analytics.

Example use case : sending past events from server logs.

This feature exists on Matomo (cdt parameter), and was also requested for Plausible.
