Disable Privacy Pass for Specific Websites

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Some websites (in my case, ChatGPT) frequently trigger Cloudflare Turnstile while using them. I don't know if this itself is a bug, or intended behavior.

Describe the solution you'd like
An extension option to exclude websites from using Privacy Pass would be a useful feature.

Additional context
I'm not aware of any workarounds for this. Apologies if I have a misunderstand of how the extension works.
