fix: diagnostic LED probe - try all collections and formats visually

HID++ feature discovery gets no responses (device ignores or uses
different protocol). This build runs a visual diagnostic probe:
- Tests ALL writable collections (col02, col03, mi_01)
- Tries every plausible LED command format via WriteFile and SetReport
- Each successful write flashes LEDs for 300ms
- User watches the wheel and reports which [X.Y] attempt lit the LEDs
