Error observed during dataproc cluster creation stage in the Prime Recorded DAG's in composer

How to resolve this issue, we have seen logs
Where in logs showing cluster is created and deleted automatically. The task is running in the dag suceefully but sometime it is failing to run. Showing cluster is created and existed.
