Report an User for insult

Someone in this Forum named me ***, is there a way to report this behavior?

Please understand that we are all volunteers here. If you need a commercially supported product, you need to look elsewhere. Getting other users' help here is a gift, not a right.

That being said, I will moderate the offending word in accordance with https://docs.github.com/articles/github-community-guidelines.

I know and understand that, but that should not be a reason for a personal insult. I think, this is a violation of the guidelines and the User (...) should be warned.
