Work with GitHub Enterprise

Hi,

I'm using this extension with GitHub Enterprise. It got the context all from our GitHub Enterprise Endpoint, but then request an installation access token via https://api.github.com/, which obviously returned 404. I hope there'll be some workaround for it.
