Bump tmp and msw

Removes [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [msw](https://github.com/mswjs/msw). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `tmp`

Updates `msw` from 0.35.0 to 2.10.4
