Steps to reproduce this
The Spanish version of the Steward Guidelines (contributor_docs/es/steward_guidelines.md) is missing several important introductory sections that exist in the English version (contributor_docs/en/steward_guidelines.md).
Missing sections
The following sections are not present in the Spanish version:
- Stewardship (main section)
- Community Care
- Areas
- Becoming a Steward
- Getting Started with Stewardship
The Spanish file jumps directly to the "Issues" section without including content about:
- What stewardship means in the community
- The community care practices that define stewardship
- The different areas stewards can be responsible for
- How to become a steward (nomination vs application process)
- How to get started as a new steward
This makes it difficult for Spanish-speaking contributors to understand the complete stewardship process and how to participate.
