Can you update the "XEP-0158: CAPTCHA Forms" support?

- https://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0158.html#revision-history-v1.0.1
- no 1.0 and 1.0.1 version files to compare...

Some clients can not join MUC Rooms, maybe liked to.
