Allow viewing processes of other users (and root)

First of all thanks for making this app, it is tremendously useful!
Under macOS there doesn't seem to be a way to show ports in use by other users. A Prilividged Helper Tool could be used to enable that; there's also an app called Netiquette that does this without needing a helper: https://objective-see.org/products/netiquette.html
