Are you planning to release 2.5.0? I can see it removes Biopython version pin, which is necessary in our project where we use ProDy.

We have a release on conda-forge that mostly works

I cannot use that, as we do not use conda in out project. What is the problem with PyPI package?

Great! However I can see that the binary wheel distribution is built only for python 3.12. Is this intended or a bug in release pipeline?
