Dear developers,
I've been digging on the issues and pull requests and it seems that having support for NumPy 2> has been discussed a few times, and there is even the recommendation of installing the latest version of ProDy from the main branch to fix it. I also had a look at @jamesmkrieger 's fork and dev branches, but I was not able to find a version with the NumPy limitation unpinned.
Please could you provide more information? I am especially interested on the
pipreleases.Thanks for your time and the big effort supporting this nice project!
