Support for NumPy 2>

Dear developers,

I've been digging on the issues and pull requests and it seems that having support for NumPy 2> has been discussed a few times, and there is even the recommendation of installing the latest version of ProDy from the main branch to fix it. I also had a look at @jamesmkrieger 's fork and dev branches, but I was not able to find a version with the NumPy limitation unpinned.

Please could you provide more information? I am especially interested on the pip releases.

We have a branch that’s unpinned that hasn’t been merged yet. You can install it as follows

pip install -U git+https://github.com/jamesmkrieger/ProDy@unpin_numpy

This is now released on conda-forge and pypi
