Wrapper for DruGUI/VMD #970
Description
It could be good to be able to run DruGUI from the ProDy command line rather than only in VMD. We may need to consult prody/coMD#10 and https://github.com/prody/Pharmmaker/pull/5/files so DruGUI can get inputs from command line calls to VMD.
