User is empty in windows fastmode

Hi,
JProcesses in the fastmode is not filling the user information which I see from the code is a design decision made. But user is a basic information which is needed and the only way to get that is not to use fastmode which takes about 30 seconds or more. It will be helpful if user can be made available in the fastmode.
