Add Xcodegen to project #10

Description
No one likes to deal with pbxproj shenanigans, especially rebase conflicts and things like that. We should add Xcodegen to the project for dealing with this without further headaches.
Implementation details
The project.yml file should specify everything correctly, including Info.plist files, files that aren't associated with any targets, schemes, etc.
