Provide a current version of the French PDF

Some people are looking to download the French PDF:

This is like #23, but that download link is dead (as GitHub has removed downloads).

I've tried building the PDF myself, but ran into too much trouble with fonts on my system, etc.

Can anyone build it properly and put it on Dropbox or something?
