A Magisk module to deal with `addon.d`

It seems [possible](https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk/issues/3820#issuecomment-1364687695) that the `addon.d` would be removed from Magisk, and a [Magisk module](https://github.com/yujincheng08/Magisk-Addon) was cooked up to deal with `addon.d`. Anyway, it seems cleaner to do this in a module. It seems possible to port the patches there.
