@EDTEmadH Could you please clarify, what do you mean by Test cases still appear in test plan? The test cases will not be removed from the test plan if it's provisional.. Instead we'll add "PROVISIONAL" in the test case name...

The concern is that the test is required for any device with a BINFO/BRBINFO cluster even though the attribute is optional. If the attribute is not supported on the dut, the pics tool will say the test is required, even though all the steps are skipped.

The suggestion was to gate this instead on the attribute pics

@EDTEmadH The issue has been resolved.
PR #41682 (automation for TC-BINFO-3.1 and TC-BRBINFO-3.1) and PR #5657 (PICS simplification and updates) are now merged and closed.

Could you please re-verify the issue, as the test plan behavior is now aligned with feature support in PICS?
