I assume Thermostat picks up kRevision from Metadata.h in zzz_generated/app-common-clusters/Thermostat, which is properly from the XML.
ValveConfigurationAndControl is due to "in-progress,q-phase-3" tag being used when performing the DM scrape, this rev is not a part of 1.6.
