Look into extending instascale functionality with kubernetes

It would be a good idea to look into making instascale compatible with kubernetes.

This could assist with:
- Increased usability
- Community collaboration.
- Gives options to try locally with kind/minikube.
- Options to test changes with kind/minikube also.
