CH EMED EPR: implement conversion from PRE to eMediplan CHMED23A #290
Description
This is currently not supported by ChMed23AConverter. Since ePrescription does not support CHMER23A and there seems to be no traction for adoption, it is unclear if it is even worth implementing until a use case is presented.
