[CH EMED EPR] eMediplan cards PDF layout does not keep column alignment for in reserve treatments #333
Description
By using two tables (one for regular treatments, none for as needed treatments), columns will not necessarily align between the two tables. Because the second table has no header, this makes the interpretation of the in-reserve treatments rather difficult.
The template should be "refactored" so that it uses a single table, with the text in-between the two sections just being one row that takes all columns space.
