Use $(AUTO) as Lib Suffix

Using $(auto) as lib suffix in packages makes the maintenance easier in the future

What benefit would this bring considering that packages are generated from templates?
To me that's not much of a hassle today.

the creation of packages from xml files could thus become completely superfluous, because you will need just one packages file for further delphi versions.

From Delphi 10.4 on you only need one package file with libsuffix $(AUTO). I don't know if it helps here, but for my projects it does :)
