I'm using Delphi 7 on Windows 11 and it works fine.
I tried to install JCL and got this message :

What should I do?
Is there a way to have a simpler way to install the package without so much
trouble?

The images did not come through, and considering it's a text log, it would be much nicer to copy/paste it as text here. As to simpler way, there is always the manual way, but it's not that easy either. In the end the JVCL is built on top of the JCL so you must install the JCL beforehand. |

There are no clear errors when compiling JclRepositoryExpert, it looks like the compiler just goes "poof". Note that JclRepositoryExpert is not required to be able to install the JVCL, so you could also unselect it in the "experts" section of the installer |

I've been trying to install the JEDI package for Delphi D7 with no success.
The procedure is complicated and the instructions confusing.
I launched the VCL install.bat file and got a weird message ' - JCL is required but not installed. (https://github.com/project-jedi/jcl)'
I tried to install JCL and it run into a compiler error.
What should I do?
I only need simple objects like colored buttons.
