[Feat]: Publish binaries in conda-forge

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Zot is great - we are using it for embedded applications due to its single-binary nature. Thanks for working on this, it's solved a lot of problems we face with cross-platform compatibility.

Would it be an easy ask to also publish release builds to conda-forge or another Conda repository? This would further streamline it's integration into our build system and would imagine there would be benefits for others.
