Custom DNS response in interactsh server

Hi community!
I would like to ask how to enable/ use custom dns entries with -cr flag. The idea is to enable interactsh server behind additional layer - aws network load balancer, and to achive that, I would like for interactsh respond with certain A record, of NLB. If I understand correctly, it should use file with added entry, but it does not seems to work - I am not getting other then machine IP. ofc -ip flag works with ip, but not with domain (nlb A record is DNS name).

Thanks to some shortcuts, I was able to do it through terraform, using dns_a_record_set from NLB as parameter for ip flag.
