Support tagging payloads for delayed interactions

Please describe your feature request:

When calling the api to get an interaction payload it would be nice to also be able to add a string with the request that might explain the purpose/nuclei template and the host being tested.

Describe the use case of this feature:

This can be useful for things like DNS Canaries, Log4J payloads where interaction may not happen for several days, blind xss where the same applies.

I basically want to be able to get notifications for these delayed interactions and know the context of the payload.
