Microsoft.Maintenance provider not showing up in resource tree on Azure resource explorer

We need this available in order to better troubleshoot resources within Maintenance configuration (Microsoft.Maintenance)
As many orgs we use Terraform to manage Azure resources and not having this provider available on Resource explorer makes troubleshooting more complex.
