How to add metrics to IHttpClientFactory?

Is their a way to add metrics for IHttpClientFactory like https://github.com/prometheus-net/prometheus-net#ihttpclientfactory-metrics

I will investigate implementation in prometheus-net, will be a new package something like Prometheus.Client.HttpClient with Microsoft.Extensions.Http dependency
