Log Level - No metrics data found

Hi

We are looking at a way to reduce the noise we are recieveing in our logging. Note we scan a 100+ accounts and we don't necessarily own the resources in the accounts.

We are seeing an "excessive" amount of logs, which I think is related to this line

yet-another-cloudwatch-exporter/pkg/job/discovery.go

Line 66 in b497aaf

logger.Info("No metrics data found")

Are there any thoughts around

1. Moving that to 'Debug' by default
2. Providing an option to not log these lines
3. Provide an option to set the log level globally

Example log line
