Add ResourceQuota and Limit range while generating manifests

We are deploying prometheus resources in a separate namespace. The namespace yaml file is created part of the Prometheus operator setup. Is it possible to add namespace resource quota and Limitrange in the jsonnet file and automatically inject in to namespace yaml file?
