How to customize only for simple prometheus stack without kubernetes monitoring

I'm new with kube-prometheus as so with prometheus.

I want to known if is it possibile to install only:

• prometheus (scrape PodMonitors metrics)
• prometheus-operator (for discovery only PodMonitors)
• grafana (to create dashboards about the metrics scraped)

A simple instalation to scrape PodMonitors from a Camel-K pod integrations. I do not want/need the kubernetes monitor feature.

Is it possible? How can I do this?
