Install additional prometheus instance per namespace.

Hi All,

We have deployed a global Prometheus stack using Kube-Prometheus-stack helm chart so we have many customers We need to separate cluster monitoring from app monitors so we need to install Prometheus instance per namespace = customer. i tried to multiple-releases but still not working as expecting.
