How to config alertmanager

i don't understand how to config alertmanger,such email nitofication configuration

in this project: https://github.com/prometheus/alertmanager have a example

Is this also working with pager_duty ? I would like to mount a secret in order to inject the pager duty token from a template using this technique ? https://prometheus.io/blog/2016/03/03/custom-alertmanager-templates/#template-files
