USPS isn't working, I think they want a password

Upon registering, the USPS E-mail has a UserID and a long new password, but LibreTrack is asking for the username and company name. I try to track a package and get an authorization error. Looking into it, it says something may be wrong with the UserID and password which I cannot enter anywhere in LibreTrack. I'm using Linux if it matters (Tumbleweed). Two-Factor authentication is available at USPS but I am not signed up for that yet--in case that matters too.

Bumping this up. Also having this issue since it seems like the form for establishing USPS connection has changed and isn't compatible with how it is currently being sent out. Still haven't figured out the combination and each time I try to see if it works, I get a 15 minute timeout to try again.

This is super confusing. Apparently, you need a business Mailer-ID to request tracking api access on your account. Details are in the email with username and password, but it's a lot.
