fix: disable DCI queries on Base and Unichain

This is a quickfix that drastically improve client startup on Base and Unichain since we know that there isn't any entrypoint on these chains and these queries are really slow. It takes 2-3s to start on Base with this against roughly 1 min if we try to get entry points.
