docs: add phase 2 specs for presentation layer

- Inline plugin for embedded content
- 5 consolidated GitHub issues (45+ tests)
- 5 playground examples showcasing display conditions
- 4-5 day timeline

Phase 2 completes presentation layer + resolves issue #33
