This picture shows a student taking CS348, repeatedly submitting to gradescope after slightly modifying his code for a finite amount of time, hoping to see good results. The student will discard the submission that resulted in a worse score, and build his submission based upon trials that resulted in a better score. The student, like the fuzzer, will repeatedly modify his code to explore ways to get a good result.
