[Question][Hw4] How does one get output 'Normal'?

In description,
Execute_with_capability > Launch a new process of a given object with capability, and return Access_denied or Compromised.

Also "The command list of a process always ends with either execute or read."

In that case, 1) is there no chance 'Normal' will be the result?
2) If the command list can end without execute nor read, then Can Execute_with_capacity result in 'Normal' if the executed process don't read/execute anything?
