Hello, I know that crack expected is not provided to us but is test/substitution*-crack.txt provided to us in test/ to generate the output of sim score when ./substitution sim test/substitution1-plain.txt test/substitution1-crack.txt is runned? This is for substitution

Sorry for that, is the file test/substitution1-crack.txt provided to us when we clone the repository? I am unable to run ./substitution sim test/substitution1-plain.txt test/substitution1-crack.txt because the file is missing.

No, they are not provided, as mentioned in the README. If you want to test your crack algorithm, you can make your own *.ctack.txt file by running crack by yourself. Then, test the similarity score with sim.
