Steps to Reproduce

Running prowler against oracle defense cloud, specifying region with --region (or -f) as any DoD results in errors relating to the region being nonexistent

Expected behavior

The prowler cli should be able to detect that those regions are real and supported

Actual Result with Screenshots or Logs

When run to auto detect regions, it functions perfectly.

Hi Toni, I have a PR up for this issue. It's really a simple issue of adding regions to the config file and I have attached screenshots of new behavior with the change vs the error
