chore: cleanup legacy files and fix dragon audio (#9)

- Remove old scripts (dragon.js, home.js, index.js, splash.js, worker.js)
- Remove legacy CSS files (style.css, media.css)
- Remove service worker (no longer needed with Astro)
- Remove Microsoft tile images and browserconfig.xml
- Move favicon files to public/ folder
- Fix LICENSE.md filename typo
- Simplify dragon audio to play on animation start using Phaser CE
- Use game.scale for viewport dimensions instead of game.world
