[Suggestion] Add mailto to the input validation for weblink_support & weblink_billing

Would be a handy and easy to implement addition for people who handle support and billing through email so they don't have to make a support page specifically for that and can just use a mailto link maybe with a template for subject and content too

Just went back to Nebula after the new hotfix 1.11.11 broke the other theme I was using and it isn't implemented in the newest version lol

To clarify, my issue is when I type in mailto:michael@itzminey.dev and save, it automatically rewrites it to mailto://michael@itzminey.dev which of course is incorrect formatting for a mailto link

There hasn't been a new Nebula release in the meantime. I'm currently generally focused on getting a new Blueprint version out.

Without Blueprint, no Nebula.
