Step 3 - Personal instructions menu has been moved to the user icon on the bottom left in the chat view. System prompt is no longer available in the chat view.

Step 4 - Manage shared conversations menu has been moved to the user icon on the bottom left in the chat view. Also, I couldn't find an option to share a conversation, so the intent of this demo needs revision.

These two items are not part of the actual steps in the copilot-spaces demo. Needs to be removed from the Completion Checklist at the bottom
